Due to the expansion of the team, we are looking for a Turkish speaking recruitment intern.

Task:

Maintain the Applicant Tracking System as well as monitor other incoming emails from HR stakeholders
Support stakeholders with interview scheduling across Europe
Support local activities such as requisition creation/role posting, audits, reports, etc. as required
Engage and educate colleagues, customers and peers with the Talent Administration processes and Service Center concept
Prepare recruitment related reports for the European operation
Support the team with any recruitment related administration

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

University/College studies preferably in Human Relations - full time studies in progress is a must
Must possess a strong focus on customer service with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of management and external vendors via multiple sources such as telephone, email, etc.
Must possess confident computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel
Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents
Strong desire to learn more and develop yourself
Flexible and adaptable to change
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing in English and Turkish are required
